Refund Policy

At Creative Genius Graphic Designs, we value transparency and fairness. Because graphic design services involve time, creative effort, and customized work, refunds are handled as follows:

 

Deposits

• All deposits are non-refundable, as they secure your place in our schedule and cover initial work and planning.

 

Services in Progress

• Once work has begun, refunds are not guaranteed.

• If a project is canceled by the client before completion, any refund issued will be at our discretion and based on the amount of work already completed.

 

Completed Work

• No refunds will be issued for completed and delivered design work that has been approved by the client.

 

Errors or Issues

• If there is a clear error on our part, we will make reasonable efforts to correct it at no additional cost.

• Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction based on personal preference or changes in direction after approval.

 

Third-Party Costs

• Any third-party expenses (such as printing, licensing, or external services) are non-refundable.
